Northfinder is a Slovak brand specializing in outdoor and sports apparel designed for those who lead an active lifestyle.

The company offers a wide range of clothing and accessories for hiking, trekking, skiing, and everyday use, combining functionality, modern design, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Northfinder is now introducing laundry perfumes that are safe for technical clothing and membranes. Unlike fabric softeners, they do not clog fibers and preserve the breathability of garments. 1. The Challenge: “Excellent Product, Anonymous Packaging”

Our client offered a high-end product—laundry perfumes that complement the trekking apparel user experience. Despite the excellent quality of the product itself, the shipping process relied on standard, generic bubble mailers.

Main issues to resolve:

  • Lack of Identity: Customers receiving the package felt no brand excitement before opening it.
  • Risk of Damage: Liquid perfumes require solid cushioning – protection against crushing and leakage.
  • Logistical Barrier: The client was concerned that switching to dedicated cardboard boxes would increase shipping costs (weight, dimensions) and extend packing time.
