In the previous article “How to design printing on bubble envelopes?” we presented some sample designs for printing on bubble envelopes.
In this post, we will describe pricing for this type of implementation, so that those interested in printing have an idea of approximate costs.
The final price of printed envelopes is affected by:
- size/format of envelopes,
- number of colors printed, possibly the complexity of the graphic design,
- the size of the print run,
- printing technique.

What should the request include?
If you want a quote at TAP for printed envelopes, it is best if you send a graphic design. If you don’t have it, we can help you prepare it. Go on, think about it, write:
- what product you want to print on, such as TAP Comebag bubble envelopes or TAP Rockbag foil bubble envelopes,
- what size/format of envelopes you need or provide the dimensions of the item you want to ship,
- how many colors have been used in the design (preferably include a graphic),
- what size the print run will be.

The cheapest and most efficient option will be to produce according to the following parameters:
- Imprint: 1 color, one-sided, printing technique – flexo, In-line.
- Print run: about 50,000 pcs for the format.
- One-time cost of graphic preparation in the form of photopolymers is about 0.65 PLN per cm2 of printing area.
- Waiting time from 2 to 4 weeks.
Based on two popular sizes, the price of printed bubble envelopes can start from:
- TAP Comebag 14/D bubble envelope for A5 items from 0,40 PLN net / 1 pc.
- TAP Comebag 18/H bubble envelope for A4 items from 0,78 PLN net / 1 item.

If you are preparing printed envelopes, for example, for a specific mailing campaign and do not need such large quantities, prices are as follows.
- Imprint: 1-4 colors, single-sided.
- Outlay: 1,000 pcs for the format.
- Cost of graphic preparation: free of charge.
- Waiting time up to 1 week.
